We are proudly based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. All our operations, from design to dispatch, happen right here in the heart of this vibrant city.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India to ensure fast and reliable delivery. We plan to explore international shipping in the future – stay tuned!
T-Shirt Products
What materials are your T-shirts made from?
Our T-shirts are crafted from high-grade, breathable cotton blends (typically 100% cotton or cotton-polyester mixes for durability). We prioritize soft, eco-friendly fabrics that are comfortable for everyday wear and resistant to fading or shrinking.
How do I choose the right size?
Refer to our detailed size chart on each product page, which includes measurements for chest, length, and sleeves. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. For custom advice, reach out to our support team.
Do you offer customization?
Yes! You can personalize T-shirts with your own graphics, quotes, or designs. Upload your artwork during checkout, and we’ll handle the high-quality printing. Customization adds 2-3 days to processing time.
How should I care for my T-shirt?
Machine wash in cold water, inside out, with like colors. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on low heat. Iron on reverse if needed. Following these instructions will keep your T-shirt looking fresh longer.

When will food products be available?
We’re in the process of obtaining our FSSAI license and expect to launch our food line soon. Sign up for our newsletter to get notified about the exact launch date and exclusive early access deals.
What kind of food products will you offer?
Our curated selection will include nutritious snacks like nut mixes, energy bars, and gourmet treats inspired by Maharashtra flavors. All products will be FSSAI-certified for quality, freshness, and hygiene, using ethically sourced ingredients.
Are your food products vegetarian/vegan?
Most of our upcoming food items will be vegetarian, with several vegan options. We’ll clearly label each product with ingredients, allergens, and nutritional info. If you have specific dietary needs, check the product details or contact us.
How do you ensure food safety?
We adhere strictly to FSSAI guidelines. Once licensed, all food products will be prepared in hygienic facilities, packaged securely, and shipped with appropriate temperature controls to maintain freshness.
Ordering and Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our site, select your items, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide shipping details and choose a payment method. Orders are confirmed via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and Google Pay through secure gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select areas.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within Maharashtra takes 2-4 days; elsewhere in India, 4-7 days. Track your order via the link in your confirmation email.
What is your shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders above ₹999. For smaller orders, a flat fee of ₹50 applies within India.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window for T-shirts if they’re unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact. Food products, once launched, may have limited returns due to hygiene reasons – only for damaged or incorrect items.
How do I initiate a return?
Log into your account, go to order history, and select “Return.” Provide a reason and photos if needed. We’ll arrange a pickup and process your refund within 7-10 days after inspection.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Customized T-shirts and perishable food items (once available) are non-returnable unless defective. Sale items may have specific conditions – check the product page.
Account and Security
Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and get personalized recommendations.
How do you protect my data?
We take privacy seriously. Your information is encrypted and handled per our Privacy Policy, compliant with Indian data protection laws. We never share your details without consent.
